License
Your use of Scout is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA), together with these terms.
Scout Pro subscription
- Scout Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- It renews automatically at the same price for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Trail information and your safety
- Scout is a planning and navigation aid. Trails, distances, conditions, closures and alerts can be wrong, incomplete or out of date.
- Always follow posted signs, National Park Service closures and ranger instructions. Carry a paper map, water and the gear your hike needs, and don't rely on a phone as your only way to navigate.
- Hiking involves risk. You are responsible for your own safety and decisions on the trail.
